Willie D. and Carmen Dubois Scholarship

The DuBois Scholarship was established through the estate of Carmen and Willie D. O’Kelley DuBois. Mrs. DuBois, a Loganville native, was a former teacher, librarian and journalist. She married Carmen DuBois at the age of 80 – her first marriage. Her life was remarkable!
