Nicholas B. Telesca

Mr. Telesca serves as Chairman of Branch Properties and is a member of its Executive Committee. He joined the former Branch and Associates in 1993 and subsequently served as the President of Branch Properties, L.P. from its formation in 1995 until its acquisition by Regency Centers Corporation in 1997.Prior to joining Branch and Associates, Mr. Telesca was a partner from 1988 to 1993 with The Simpson Organization, Inc., a real estate investment banking firm. Mr. Telesca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from LeMoyne College and a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University.

The Telesca Family Scholarship was established in 2022 by Emory Law alumnus Nicholas Telesca for the purpose of providing scholarship support to law students who demonstrate financial need . This scholarship fulfills a promise Mr.Telesca made to Dean David Epstein when he was a law student.
