Harold and Lucille Dobbs Scholarship

The Harold and Lucille Dobbs Scholarship was established in 1988 by Denny Dobbs 65Ox, in memory of his parents. Mr. Dobbs, an environmental engineer, continues to be an active part of the Oxford Community. He has served as a member of the Oxford College Board of Counselors since 1984 and is a past president of the Oxford Area Emory Club. He served as Georgia’s state representative for district 74 for many years.
