Dr. William and Nancy Murdy Scholarship

Dr. William Murdy began at Emory University in 1959 serving on the Emory faculty as the Charles Howard Candler Professor of Biology. He was appointed as dean and chief executive officer of Oxford College of Emory University in 1987 and served in this position until his retirement in 1999. Dr. Murdy and his wife Nancy established the scholarship in 1990.
