Cohen earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1994, where he excelled academically and was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif. Prior to his legal education, he obtained his B.B.A. from George Washington University in 1991,laying a solid foundation for his future success.

Cohen joined Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in 1998, where he quickly rose through the ranks and became a partner in 2002. He is currently a senior consulting partner in the firm’s Litigation &Arbitration Group, where his primary focus includes bankruptcy, derivatives, transportation, insurance, tort litigation, class action defense, fraud, and employment cases. With his comprehensive expertise, he has represented major institutional and individual clients in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations across the United States.
