Amelia Toy Rudolph

Amelia Toy Rudolph received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics and French from Emory College in 1988 and a Juris Doctorate in 1991 with distinction from Emory Law School. She earned both her degrees as a Woodruff Scholar. Amy sees the Toy Family College Scholarship as a way of giving back for the two generations of Toys that benefited from college scholarships. Amy was very active at Emory during both her degrees and continues to give back to Emory by having served as a member of the Emory College Alumni Board, the Emory Law Advisory Board, the Emory Law School Council, the Association of Emory Alumni Board of Governors, and the Emory Law Alumni Executive Committee. Amy also serves on Emory’s Capital Campaign Committee, chairs the Emory Law Journal Board of Consultants, and served for a number of years on the Dean’s Achievement Scholarship Selection Committee, as well as Woodruff Selection Committees for the College and Law School. Amy is a partner in the litigation practice group of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, based in Midtown Atlanta. She joined the firm after a clerkship under US District Judge William C. O’Kelley 51C 53L, who inspired her professionally and in his service to Emory.
